Class Description

Sadhana is just a moment every day to turn towards yourself. Yogi Bhajan said that it was a tragedy not to do it in a day, not because of any moral guilt or anything, but just because it’s sad to spend a day turning away from yourself.

There is so much perfectionism, fanaticism, and neuroticism around sadhana in the post-Judeo-Christian-guilt-complex age. It’s a tool of the subconscious mind to self-sabotage. No one cares what you’re doing, just do it for yourself. There is no external God outside you judging you. Deconstruct this so it doesn’t take you out of your progress.

Shame can show up in a lot of ways. It’s the biggest thing that will take you off your spiritual progress.

The law of polarity shows up after some intense work. It will be persuasive so do your own self-psychology which is part of the aquarian age. Pay attention to the things that will be your pitfalls. Have plans A,B,C, & D.

We want endurance. Learn staying power and learn to see your yoga class, your business, and your projects all the way through.

Take one meditation and do it every day. You will have a major progression.
