Class Description

This is a special evening class focused on getting good sleep. You’ll do a set call Kriya for conquering sleep.

If you have a disability in your parasympathetic nervous system (the control center for relaxation) you’ll have difficulty falling asleep. You should be able to put yourself to sleep within 9 seconds according to yogic science.

Shabad Kriya is a meditation to help you relax and strengthen your parasympathetic nervous system. The yogic technology gives you the ability to change your brain activity. You develop the power to alter your brain waves, theta, alpha, beta. As a yogi you want to have command of when you sleep and when you wake and all states in between.

Addiction is not having sovereignty of your mind. Pay attention to when you are letting things pull you into an animated state. Wake up.

The Kriya for conquering sleep (17:01) followed by the Shabad Kriya (53:29) to make you radiant and in command of your own consciousness and gong relaxation (1:12:57)
