Those thought patterns can just blow off the back of your amygdala without you even realizing it. The amygdala is where all these fears and traumas are stored. When you can’t recall your parapsychological thought forms, it’s a win.

Look for where you have the same fights over and over regardless of the context. When it becomes funny to you to see your own pattern then it dissolves. You move past it. This class provides the tools you need to drop these samskaras. If you have lost the need to be right then you know something good is happening. Focus your meditation on this intention.
