You have X amount of time and X amount of energy so being in good rhythm is key to energy efficiency. 80% of your energy can be wiped on a publicity campaign to hide what you don’t want everyone to know about you. The thing is that they already do. That is thingingness - the thing that you believe no one knows about you that everyone does indeed know about you.
