Class Description

This class focuses on the nervous system. Work with the yogic technology to relieve your anxiety and compulsive need to control the external world. A very important part of training the mind-body system is to actually use the externalized energy of being human on Planet Earth and bringing back into your internal space. Then you can apply it to optimize your entire system. Learn to work with this energy in a very practical way and apply it to the nervous twitchiness, worry and/or boredom. Use the ancient practices of kundalini yoga to really strengthen your nerve plexus’ so you withstand the pressurized times with grace.

Get more comfortable with all that you are faced with. Power up your nerves to actually be fully present in the moment. When your nerves are weak, you cannot pay attention to what is in front of you. Get a medicinal dose of yogic strengthening specifically for your nervous system. Gain more Qi and grit to enjoy the present experience.
