Class Description

This session offers some powerful nutritional recommendations in addition to yogic practices and pranayama.

If you have command over your pineal gland, which is what the kundalini technology offers, then you can have command over a good night sleep no matter what. If you need to rest and recycle your Qi, then a fundamental yogic practice is 11-minute naps. The command over your endocrine system means that you can lay down anywhere and fall asleep within a minute. This is a command you have as a Yogi. For women, an indication that you are getting fatigued is when your eyesight gets blurry. Your eyes will let you know if you are about to get out of hormonal balance and it’s time to lay down and take an 11-minute nap or a walk.
