RA MA Global Meditation: Gyan Chakra Kriya (20:10). Follow with the essentials: Cat Cow, Ego eradicator, Addiction Meditation, and a set to strengthen the core and stretch the thighs, which includes Frogs. End with Relaxation (45:33). 11-minute Sat kriya (1:10:40), and Gong Relaxation.
