Class Description

Working on elevating our spirit is a daily thing we need to do. By taking time each day to clear the body/mind system, we are training the mind to command and elevate our own energy, breath, and mental, emotional, and physical bodies. People need you and as you progress with your practice, they will begin to notice you’re relating differently than most people. You begin living a different type of life and people are inspired by you.
