Reaping the Harvest

Kundalini Yoga has no barrier to entry.  It's doable for anyone at any age and any fitness level. The only special knowledge you require is the knowledge that you want to feel good and feel good quickly!

In this class, Guru Jagat talks about the yogic traditional sciences. There are many teachings about cleansing the 10 bodies around the solstices and equinoxes. The aura goes in 9 feet in all directions. To manifest, focus on grounding your aura into the earth. The further the aura can root in the earth the more you can stabilize in the 3D and the more you can handle.

Everyone knows that the more you have the more problems you have. The energy of the thought starts to move through the system in a powerful way and then projects into the experience or reality plane. If you don’t have that capacity, the thought-form gets inverted on itself. It causes self-consciousness.

When you take the energy of the inverted thought forms and transform them, you can create something constructive and powerful.
