Class Description

We are born to be happy. All unhappiness comes from short circuits. In this kriya and meditation, we practice a concentrated, meditative attitude of gratitude.

You must have a concentrated attitude of where you ought to be. It's a positive focus of what you want to happen. Never think it's NOT going to happen. The concentration is teaching yourself to have a realistic meditative concentrated attitude of gratitude. it takes discipline, fortitude, and energy. you can apply this to anywhere in your life. work, relationships, etc. But you have to have the contentment. It takes energy to maneuver this paradox.

"Realistic, meditative, concentrated, attitude of where I ought to be... because life is I am, I am."

Begin Class with Lakshman Recitations then tune in (2:21) followed by 2016 RA MA Global Practice: Gyan Chakra Kriya (5:67) followed by Dharma talk.

Begin yoga with Cat-cow (39:35) and Elementary Personality breath of fire through O-mouth. Kriya set: Strong and True for your stressed personality (42:18). Relieveing your Elementary stress  (1:07:30).
