Flushing the Nadi System
Class Description
The subtle body is made up of the nadis. The ida, pingala, and sushmana are the force lines. The sushmana is the central nadi line and contains all of the chakras and where the kundalini rises. The chakras are the nucleus of the nerve energy. We go into the 3rd chakra first because if you get that nerve plexus and the nadi bundles activated, it pushes down into the 2nd and 1st chakra then shoots back up through the sushmana and pushes up through the crown chakra.
All of the nadis are connected to the glands. Each chakra is connected to and feed by the prana. The glands are a fundamental part of your vitality, anti-aging, radiance, hormones, brain chemistry, & blood chemistry. Pranic circuitry runs through all 10 bodies.
One breath in the right place and the right time and a nadi channel can open, deconstructing an emotional pattern, physical disease, or a psychological issue that you’ve been carrying around for maybe more than one life time.
Alternate nostril breathing is a great tool to use when you wake up on the wrong side of the bed or have intense mood swings. Inhale left and exhale right.
