Class Description

Get the download on the significant difference between Gyan Chakra Kriya and Fists of Anger. Move stuck emotional energy through the system, and then allow yourself to be open to opportunities.

In order to Strengthen our tolerance and compassion, the navel center needs to be developed. This KRIYA FOR TOLERANCE works on the abdomen, stimulating the navel energy to rise to the higher centers and then integrating it with the whole aura.
