When the endocrine system is balanced then you are much more effective in communication. Get out of the new age cliche of “this is my truth” - there is no relationship because you are just talking to yourself. Broadcasting that you don’t care what the other person has to say. No relay.

It takes a sophisticated development of the sensory system so that you can feel into the relay. When you increase this communicative ability, you start to see the 3rd entity in the relationship which the sum of the 2 people.

Hear the basic teaching around relationships - we need relationships to be sane. It’s nothing but a relay of communication from oneself to another self. It’s a moment-by-moment practice.
