Class Description

You have to introduce a change of energy in the system in order to create change. That's what this practice does. The physical practice, the breath, it puts a very different energy into the system so you can feel differently, choose differently, have a different perspective.

In this kundalini yoga set you'll:

  • release physical tension in the jaw
  • activate the frontal lobe of the brain
  • create more circulation to the brain
  • receive a yogic face lift
  • express & communicate through the vibration of the body
