In This Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Class:

-A breath of fire series to help the mind change from negative to positive

-A short and powerful pranic yogic set for the pituitary and stomach

-Meditation series to manage the three nervous systems, with arm mudras and classic mantra recordings!

We aim to be intelligent with what we are repeating. What we repeat, we become. Meditation is a repeated focus on anything. Yoga is a good systematic option to direct ones focus. We want to be in complete control over the concept of ourself. Mantra is a technology that allows the human to unfold and blossom.

In this class,

-We work on our angular energy to cut through blocked energetic structures in the body and mind.

-An extended breath practice for intuition.

-The classic Radiant Body Meditation to bring it all together and project it out to Infinity.
