Damanjot lives in Casablanca and teaches Kundalini Yoga in a center that she founded in 2012. She welcomes holistic, inspiring and innovative experiences into her yoga center and loves to share the beauty of Morocco in the retreats she plans. With the harmonium as her instrument, she finds unity and passion in the practice of mantra singing.

Originaire de Paris , johanna vit à Casablanca au Maroc depuis 2008 avec son mari et ses trois enfants. Elle enseigne le kundalini yoga dans le centre qu' elle a crée en 2012; Damanjot Yoga Center ,lieu précurseur holistique innovant et inspirant.Elle organise de nombreux séjours dans différents lieux au Maroc où elle transmet l' enseignement de Yogi Bhajan . C' est aujourd'hui grâce a son Harmonium et à la pratique du chant de mantra qu' elle trouve l'unité et entend partager sa passion.

Petró has been dedicated to the study of bodywork and the evolution of human potential for over 22 years. His studies have included Rolfing - Structural Integration, various touch therapies, Somatic Experiencing (a school of body-centered Trauma Therapy) and several forms of Energywork. He opened Lucky Bodies & Happy Souls, a centre for healing in Palma de Mallorca in 2015 and works to spread awareness of our capacity for true healing and growth. Only when we recognise where we truly are can we take steps forward in our lives.

Staying centred and present is so important at this time, not only for our own daily lives, but also for our capacity to be creative members of our communities. In this brief session, Petró introduces some concepts based on the Poly-Vagal Theory and Somatic Experiencing to help us understand how to make most of our lives thru keeping aware of the state of our nervous systems. Recognising our safety in the present moment, by connecting to our senses, helps us stay well regulated and that supports our ability to be able to listen to ideas and opinions that might be difficult for us to hear. It is only thru listening and hearing the other that communication can be real and effective.
