Day 15 on the P-Fruit Diet. “February” comes from a purification rite. Any kind of cleansing makes you feel very light and etheric, especially nutritional cleanses. It gives the capacity to live below or above sea level.

The etheric realms are opening to us by tapping into this powerful cleanse. The word February means to cleanse.  So this is a good time to cleanse the 10 bodies, mind, body and spirit. Sometimes the deepest way to cleanse is to clean the clutter out of the drawers at home. And of course yoga.
