Class Description
This session is designed to help you expand your breath, strengthen your foundation, and awaken a deeper, more positive sensitivity - not as emotional reactivity, but as intuitive clarity. Through a series of active breathing exercises, you’ll open the ribcage, draw in more prana, and ground your energy, building the strength and stability needed to trust your own inner knowing.
The practice moves beyond surface feeling, guiding you to a place where sensitivity becomes a source of wisdom and discernment. The closing meditation is intended to heighten your intuitive perception, connect you to the self, and help you feel the protective, supportive presence of the divine. This is about being strong enough to trust yourself - open to guidance, yet steady and self-reliant.
By the end of class, expect to feel more spacious in your breath, clearer in your mind, and deeply connected to the subtle signals within.
