From this space, you truly encounter the state of your cup overflowing to the hearts of others, filling them up and leaving every person you meet better from having met you.

When intuition is deeply activated, you have a depth and enriched awareness of the self, that allows you to see others clearly. Through this lens, you can understand the cosmic interconnectivity of all of us. When this is realized, real compassion is the only possible outcome.

In this meditation, maintain the triangle between the forearms, upper arms and head. Drink the air steadily and mechanically, completely filling the chest. Drop the breath out fully through the nostrils. Commit to the breath, find your courage, consolidate your senses, and achieve greatness.
