Class Description

This session dives into the classic Sat Kriya Workout, a powerful Kundalini Yoga set that combines the transformative energy of Sat Kriya with dynamic “frog” exercises. You’ll move through multiple cycles of Sat Kriya, an intense practice using rhythmic mantra, strong navel engagement, and focused breath  followed immediately by a set of frogs, a vigorous squat-like movement that rapidly circulates energy and builds heat in the body.

You’ll alternate between these two active practices. Sat Kriya channels energy upward, while frogs flush the legs and hips, boost circulation, and keep the body energized. This combination is designed to systematically strengthen the entire system, balancing the glandular and nervous systems, clearing stagnation, and leaving you feeling physically and energetically reset.

The session wraps up with a final relaxation, allowing your body to integrate the effects of this deep, activating workout.
Expect to feel stronger, clearer, and more awake from the inside out.
