Class Description
Guru Jagat leads the class in sobagh kriya following a brief lecture that addresses time and the pitfalls of relating to it as a horizontal/linear construct. Fun fact about sobagh: the fifth part of it – the one-minute breath – is a prosperity meditation that can be done on its own. It creates a non-reactivity and strong neutral mind that is able to hold multiple perspectives. You can become a relevant leader, embodying one of Kundalini Yoga’s major teachings “Patience Pays.”
