Class Description

Jade is an Out of Body Experience (OBE) researcher, speaker and teacher. After a life changing OBE she studied the phenomena for her Msc in Transpersonal Psychology. Her research involves exploring the nature and psychological transformative effects of (OBEs). She is the Astral Projection consultant for Netflix Series ‘Behind her Eyes’ and she produced ‘Insight Out’ (an OBE film featured on Gaia a) that involves experts such as neurosurgeon Eben Alexander and former NASA physicist Tom Campbell. Her work has been featured in national UK magazines Women’s Health, Spirit & Destiny, Soul & Spirit. She has taught at Europe's largest Mind Body Spirit Festival, Mindvalley University and spoke at diverse venues throughout the UK from The College of Psychic Studies to private member clubs Soho House & Ace Hotel. She receives guidance from Lama Yeshe Rinpoche, has lived in a Tibetan Buddhist Temple for five years, trained with the Mindfulness Association and The Monroe Institute. She is an advocate of altered states of awareness for personal and collective change.
