Accumulated Determination

Challenge your Physical Body

Eclipse season is an opportunity to look at the places in your life where you are the most stubborn or committed/devoted and apply it to the rest of your life. See the area of your life where you are infallible and determined. Apply that determination to the other areas of your life where you are more weak-minded. The game on the planet is to stay the course especially when the tide gets high. There are no fairytales - just areas of your life where it’s already been incarnationally accomplished and areas where you more easily throw in the towel. What if you just held the pose for more than 30 seconds? Devotion. Get honest with yourself. If you’re not determined, then it’s why you are not getting the results you want. Or maybe you don’t really want it. If you do, then you must consider what you’re willing to do for it. An eclipse is a great time to be a real householder about these things. Show up. Use the ways you’ve developed determination in yourself and transfer it to those areas you want to see a different result. If you stay the course, your neural patterns and frontal lobe are going to change. You will change and things will change. Don’t stop there. Show up one more day.

You can have the fulfillment of your dharma path and the deep unification of love in relay. You are a whole person and that’s what it means to be a householder. Keep it simple. Show up every day and practice. Hold the pose. Make sure your blood sugar is balanced. Get enough sleep. When the tide gets high, stay calm. Do what you need for comfort so you can keep up and stay steady. Get stronger in this class so you’re not just a wisp in the wind of the cosmic force.

The Heart of Sovereignty

Detoxify your Liver

You should walk at least 5 miles a day. That is the yogic recommendation. You can work out all your so-called problems. Play the mantra, do 45 minutes of yoga, meditate, and get a good walk in.

You cannot activate your own sovereignty without interdependence. We need each other in order support to our communities. Be strong enough to understand that we can’t exist without each other. It’s a nervous system strength. The myth of the American dream and the experiment of patriarchy did not work. It’s time for something different and it’s going to require ingenuity. We need to have thought-provoking conversations so we can solve the problems we are all facing. We need the friction of thought. A good debate.

The great feminine force of creativity allows us to see multiple perspectives and have compassion. You are a complex and multi-faceted person. To begin cultivating self-experience and self-knowledge means you must relieve yourself of being opinionated and contracted. You develop the strength to look someone in the eye and see multiple perspectives with the yogic science and mind training. It gives you the power of compassion and intelligence.

The sensory system is the development of the 6th sense. In yogic science it’s described as your archangel - the Sattvic guru. You are 33% Angel. Developing the angelic part of you is what all the yoga and meditations are for. It creates an intuitive space. It becomes so intelligent that it can see your next right action with intuitive wisdom. You must create an elevated environment to overcome the entropy on the planet. You can control very few things, but this is one of them. You can keep your home in a highly charged vibration. Play the mantras all day long. It helps create more protective force field around you. The vibrational frequency creates a golden shield.

Narayan Shabad in every corner of your house is great if you’re building something or taking something to the next level. You can play the gong. You can also mentally chant all day long.

Those in the Piscean age who had the knowledge had the power. Not in the Aquarian age because anyone can access knowledge. The question is: what you’re going to do with that knowledge? As a yogic practitioner, you use it to impact your community and uplift those around you. You have the sound current. You have power. Use any of the mantras that resonate with you and mentally chant them all day long. Something major will shift in your life. There is a sound that belongs to you, and you belong to it. Move Energy Through Your System

Every sequence creates a consequence. With the kundalini technology, you just don’t age the same way other people do. Chronology is not what you’ve been taught it is. Your brain health is so deeply affected by your practice. Create a self-concept that your meditation and yoga practice is amazing. As a practitioner you a part of a very small population like elite athletes and the meditative lineages. You are a practitioner.  Doesn’t it feel great?

The physical aspect of this kundalini lineage is that it gives you energy. When it channelizes through you it goes into all the facets of your mind. Therefore, when you get to the meditative part of the practice, your mind gets a flush of energy from the Kriyas and Pranayam. Your mind gets cleansed in a very effective way.

The physical practice helps you face reality because there are many things in your life that are non-realities. You will have the power to face your life and not waste any more time with all the little lies you’re telling yourself. Get real with yourself. A nice physical practice will help you move energy through your system. When you feel fit, you’re more confident. You show up, work, and walk better. You have sex better.

The sophistication of the sensory system you’re cultivating creates right action. It supersedes you cognitively doing so because when left to your own devices that could take much longer. This power of the sensory system is a 6th sense that directs your mind & body into right actions before getting into the circus of your mind. Your mind can’t fix your mind. You must go above it.

Happiness Revolution

Summer Solstice Preparation

A special class was given right before Summer Solstice. As a yogic practitioner, you must be revolutionary and happy. And you must take it seriously.

Happiness is a biochemical state just like compassion. When you balance your biochemistry, the natural outpouring of that balance is happiness and compassion. You don’t have to worry about it or look for it externally. If something happened during the day that didn’t feel good, then you have to get right with it before you go to bed so it doesn’t dump into your subconscious mind. Do some self-psychology to see what you need to balance your biochemistry. What doses of mantra, Kriya, and meditation do you need?

If you feel a bit of guilt at the end of the day, then that is an indication of misalignment with right action. Before you go to bed ask, am I right with myself? Rewind to the part of the day when you were misaligned and splice something of a higher vibration into your memory grid. From that point see yourself doing it that way. See yourself in right action going forward from there. This is self-correction. You can go to sleep in a more harmonious vibration. You have a technology to get yourself right.

Work on happiness in this class. True happiness is not about love and light. It’s the emanation of you and you being right with yourself. It’s so golden and magnetic that people want to be around you. That is prosperous and you get even more happy.

Your body must be fit to get in a harmonious state and feel happiness.
