Baba Yaga & the Grumpy Grandmother

Honoring the elderly wisdom in ourselves & others.

People are afraid to live their lives and they call that healthy. All the tension you have around particular foods you think are bad for you is what’s depleting all your energy and making you miserable. Love what you’re doing, creating, and eating and you’ll be fit. Love supersedes all structures. Look for Grandma in the kitchen or corner bakery because then you know the food has been loved and all will be well.

When your mother curses you it’s the greatest prayer. Therefore, Grandma can be grumpy, but the love and the wisdom are there. You have this part of your psyche too as a woman. It is the no B.S. part, and it holds major wisdom. It’s a very adult feminine power. It’s a mature devouring part of you that is very wise. It’s very important to be able to deal with and respect the grumpy grandma in yourself and others because it holds wisdom, creativity, and power.

The whole process of individuating is that you use the magnetic power of the heart to gather all the fragments of your psyche, patterns, and childhood wounds and pull it back into your heart. The heart is more powerful than 108 Suns. You magnetically pull in all the pieces and lineages in your incarnation and make them whole again. “Let thine I be single.” Reassemble yourself. Become whole in this assemblage point from all the parental programs and cultural conditioning. Bring into the center - the luminous egg - which is the aura. In kundalini science, it is described as activating the whole yogic and physical anatomy (10 bodies, 8 chakras, vayus, elemental forces).

Wrong place, wrong time is an example of the misfiring of the magnetic aura. You may like a little trouble. That is ok but it’s a matter of self-psychology. Graduate from someone else telling you about you. What do you need? If it’s a little risk that gives you energy, then that is what matters. What do YOU need to be more creative, conscious, generous, healthy, and productive? Whatever that thing is, you must identify it. Then figure out a way to be constructive with it rather than destructive. That’s self-psychology. Along the journey certain things will de-magnetize as you pull more into wholeness.

There is the science, art, and technology to becoming whole.

The Simple Science of Fruit

Self-Discipline Creates Grace

When you meditate with a piece of fruit it’s a metaphor for putting power and energy into anything - a business, a relationship. Anything appearing as an external expression of your power, is an exercise to remember that it’s an internal expression of your power that has expressed itself externally.

The window between Equinox and the days of Passover & Easter is a time that great healing can take place and that’s what these fruit meditations are for.

The exercises in this class will help save you from your personal shortcomings sooner than later. You need this because you can’t live by feelings and emotions. You must live by your intuition and consciousness. With a simple diet, your blood, brain, and gut chemistry change. Eat simple earth-based clean foods and you have a clearer mind. That’s basic yogic science. Experiment with this in your own input/output and see what resonates.

Clear your mind so that you can guide your life by intuition and consciousness. Emotions are normal but without intuition a person is blind. The 3rd eye is human intuition and once you develop this self-mastery you can always know right action. Service creates permanent love and friendship. Self-discipline creates grace. Neutral mind creates wisdom. These are the teachings for a prosperous life. You don’t not know it’s just that the signal is scrambled. You will use the sound current to open up that wisdom.
