Commanding the Elements to Command the Self

In order to have command over your life, you have to be able to command the elements. Also known as the Tattvas, there are five on this planet – earth, water, fire, air, and ether. Combining them is a key to self-mastery and leadership. The mantra SA TA NA MA contains the frequency of all five, helping to balance your own internal elements so that you can command the external ones.

Everyone wants the ability to command, but it’s a process – first you must learn to Obey, Serve, Love, and slowly Command will come. With patience, balance, and practice, SA TA NA MA can give you fundamental command of the elements, and therefore your human incarnation.

“If you cannot obey, reason maybe any, you shall never be in a position to command. And if your five Tattvas cannot obey, your five Tattvas cannot, shall not, will not command. Doesn't matter how much you study, how much you read, how much you know, and how much powerful you think you are. You shall never have the grace to penetrate; your word shall never have the power to make other people obey because you have not obeyed. Doesn't feel good, right? No, our normal tendency is 'I don't want to obey, but I want to command.' If your inner self, the inner essence, the inner being has not the capacity to obey, you shall never become a leader who shall be in a position to command.”

Insecurity is the Dis-ease of Women on this Planet

Every victory you have you must celebrate.

Insecurity is 16x greater in women. Learn powerful tools that balance emotions. Women need to spend time with other women to move beyond their relationship challenges. These fears and insecurities can’t be worked out with men. Women process with other women. You have "peanut hour" and then you can come to your relationship with a fresh perspective.

In a disciplined way, you create a bigger experience of something positive. Like all the things your partner did for you when you were first together that made you feel good. Start to do these things for each other again. Create romance as a positive relay.

This is much more effective than talking about the problems repeatedly. When you elevate above the problem and look down on the people having the problem, then you drop the problem and watch it shatter. You can stop creating more interlock with the vibration of the problem.

This is self-mastery. You are your greatest therapist.
What is reality? What is giving you energy? What’s not? Notice and practice imagining dragging your problem to the highest elevation you can go and drop the thing. Watch it shatter.

Another exercise that you’ll experience in this class so that you can apply in your everyday life is to drop your "need to be right" and have the agility to flip over to the other person’s perspective of you being the self-righteous stress personality you’re projecting. If that’s what you want to create a bigger experience of then these meditations help you change the neurological pattern.

A headstand is more than just a headstand. It’s a physical metaphor for you having enough agility to have a different perspective. That is what the Kriya is for.

Activate Kundalini Shakti

This class was given on the 4th day of the moon which is an opportune day for deep healing. You are your own greatest therapist, doctor, etc. Initiate that space in you with the kundalini yoga in this session. This is a time of self-mastery but that does not mean that you don’t need a teacher. Listen in for these fundamental differences. Activate the kundalini shakti in you and then you have a teacher for guidance. The best creation you can make is the creation of the self. Then you have to actually like what you are creating. Be better today than you were yesterday. That is how you know things are progressing in the direction of self mastery. A teacher is your human guide to help keep you on that path as you hunt your own self mastery. Use this practice to install new patterns in your subconscious mind that are much more beneficial than what you have been running. This is a power that you have and can develop.

You have 84 facets of the mind. It is a complex and sophisticated system. Traverse the topography of your subconscious mind. That is your meditative practice. In the terrain of the subconscious mind, you have 13 ghosts and they can pull you off of clarity in your quest for self-mastery. In meditation, you can turn the course on any haunting thought form even if it shape-shifts its form. You don’t need to be afraid of your greatness.

It’s a You and You game here. Talk to yourself and see where you can be more excellent. If you want to have a relationship with devotion then it will give you great things. This is the era of self-mastery and if you want your own authority then you must deal with your authority issues. It’s an intense time on the planet and you have to make some decisions about how you want to live this life. Tune into the teachings and yoga in this class to elevate your fitness for it. You came here to midwife a new consciousness onto the planet otherwise you would not have incarnated during this time. You can waste it or you can do something with it. Shut up all the chatter in your mind and focus on something better like chanting. You will have a significant shift in your mind stream.

Use the Kundalini technology in this class to develop the mental, emotional, and physical fitness required to conquer your neurotic obsession with your own suffering. Listen to a spiritual teaching about the student-teacher relationship. If you want your own authority, work with your authority issues otherwise you’ll never have self-mastery. The Aquarian Age is the age of self-mastery. Practice dharma like your hair is on fire. The time is NOW. Practice. Do something with yourself so you can serve others. Stop spending your whole lifetime recapitulating your own suffering. Your subconscious desires and fears are designing your reality rather than the desire of the conscious mind.
