If you’re new to Kundalini, this is a helpful class to receive the blessing of good tips. You have found kundalini yoga. Go deeper. You don’t have to cover your head but it may help during long meditations. Experiment with it during the long meditation in this session. Receive a teaching about parenting in the Aquarian Age. Hunt for the thing in you that you feel frustrated within your child. Shift it in you and it will naturally shift in them. They are made from your cells.
Breath of fire should be steady not necessarily fast. Equal inhale and exhale.
2.5 hours of meditation is realistically like a meandering of the mind and then you’ll have a surge of energy to focus. It’s what you need. It’s adaptogenic.
Long meditations like Eka Mai and Long Ek Ong Kars open up your senses. That is actually the purpose of kundalini. See the unseen. Hear the unheard and know the unknown. It’s a great power and you can command it.
