Loving yourself is what gives you the ability to navigate life.

It’s crucial, necessary and important for children who have never tried drugs yet to at least hear once, somewhere, that drugs are actually negative. Literally 100% of the education and advertising out there is either moralistic/dogmatic (i.e. fear-mongering and not fully explaining what the physical dangers are: the equivalent of abstinence-only education), or actively pro, positive, pushy and anti-fact: excusing drug abuse as positive with health benefits or as “spiritual experiences.” If you’ve ever done drugs, please keep scrolling because no one wants you to feel bad; that’s not a helpful way to navigate your wonderful and  blessed future.

The issue with drugs is that they take you out of your own hands; the number of people who have accidental overdoses or unintentionally harm themselves or others is unbelievably sad, tragic and astonishing for themselves and everyone around them. There’s nothing recreational about hurting yourself and leaving children, friends and family behind.

As a yogi, you become extremely sensitive to internal and external energies. Yoga is essentially the science of manipulating your internal energy. This is a very exact and precise system of moving energy and substances just impede your future yogic progress in practice, point-blank.

There’s a self-sensitivity and gentleness we’re tuning into with yoga practice and trying to allow a space for. Be nice to yourself. Then be nicer to yourself. We want to create a space where being kind to yourself is vindicated and celebrated, or at least accepted, unlike in the rest of the world where it is actively punished.

You have 3 facets of the mind: (1) the negative mind which is there to protect you. If you don’t have command over the negative mind, you get very negative or focus on the worst-case scenario. Each thought has a negative and positive charge and depending on what size of the negative and positive charge you are on determines how your endocrine and hormone systems will react. If you are in a fear, low energy, or an angry state, you tend to take the negative spin on a thought. It’s important to regulate the system in a positive way by training the mind and body. It’s a choice of what thought form you choose. (2) The Positive Mind takes any input and researches it. It provides examples of why you should be concerned, take action, be happy, or creative.  It has no agenda. It just gives evidence to whatever thought form you provide it. You have to catch the negative mind before it goes to the positive mind which will build a case to support your negativity. What these practices do is gets you to the (3) neutral mind as soon as possible. So you can see the situation in a clear way and make right action choices and find calmness in any storm. Meditation gives you the power to get to the neutral mind. With lots of practice, you have more awareness.

There is a depression when you feel the computer is smarter than you. Which is not true. It’s called computer sickness. We have been stupefied. We are programmed to believe anything we see on the internet. We need to have the clarity and have some sovereignty about what we are thinking and how we are letting that information go into our mechanism of thought process and what goes into our system which affects the immune system deeply. You need to practice more yoga, mantra, and meditation. Using your meditation practice to care. Make the environments around you better than when you came. That is a spiritual practice.

Hypnotize Yourself So No One Can Hypnotize You

The mind is an operating system, and you must code it. That’s what you can do with the kundalini technology. You are training the mind-body system with your own hypnotic loop. If you hypnotize yourself then no one can hypnotize you.
The future is here, and our minds are being infiltrated by thought forms and value sets etc. The technology experience is an externalization of our own power. We created it so that we could have some practice with our own intelligence and ability to go into the mainframe and search for data. This is the capacity of the positive mind that is innate in you. You can sort all input coming in through the sensory experience and process it. You have a search function within your own mind that is so sophisticated.
You want to change your trauma or alter a memory then use sound and light. The yogis have known and done this for thousands of years. The yogic science uses light and sound (Drishti and Mantra) for the positive effects. You get the pineal gland to secrete in a way that’s very beneficial. The only way you can actually see and maneuver through the complexity of the planet right now is if you have a clear mind. This must be developed because this is not innate.
Train your mind physically in this class so you can have your own beneficial hypnotic loop that energizes you. This class offers yoga and meditation to specifically re-pattern your brain and strengthen your nervous system.

Acting Instead of Reacting

Deep Fulfillment is the True Nature of Success.

Focus on your success. That is really the whole game in life. What are all the reasons you don’t feel successful? Or perhaps you have the success you think you wanted yet you feel harrowed and alienated. You get something you think you want and then you feel empty. The goal is to have deep fulfillment and that is the true nature of success. Success is a whole different game than what we have been taught. You may still have a bit of a toxic hangover from some of those old patterns that were programmed from your parents and the culture. The epigenetic coding can go up to 14 generations back. You are carrying the epigenetic programming of what a successful life was supposed to look like. It’s a heavy load and if you don’t hit certain markers that have been embedded in your programming, it makes you very unhappy.

Use the kundalini technology to create and maintain the patterns where you feel creatively fulfilled and inspired as the order of the day. The prosperity meditation in this class specifically focuses on getting action-oriented. Even if you don’t know what you are doing, take action. That is what the most successful people do. Just bumble along and pretend to know what you are doing. This is called being a producer.

There are 3 major gears to the mind: the negative, positive and neutral. The negative mind is always what gets triggered first. That is its job. It sees danger and looks for safety. Then it gives that information to the positive mind where you’ll access evidence from the files to back up this situation. If you have the yogic training, then all of that can be taken to the neutral mind where it can be sorted out for responsiveness. If you don’t have that capability, then it’s a constant experience of running around in reactive trauma patterns. In the neutral mind you have some common sense & logic, and this gives you a lot of energy and capacity. You can see multiple perspectives without getting caught up.

All failure is reactivity. All success is responsiveness.

The positive mind is about creating and utilizing. Attach doing to the completion of creation. Being able to execute and complete something is power. You have ideas all day long because you’re in creative flow. The question is can you execute?

You are inspired by the bliss of intending an action and having it happen. The joy of effective intelligent action is all around you.
