Monday is a great day to be chill as opposed to Saturday. SATURN rules Saturday and therefore is a good day to get stuff done.
A fundamental yogic practice is to set the navel point. It is like a chiropractic adjustment for the rest of the chakra system. Work on setting the navel point in this class. It will keep you from falling into states of depression and/or anxiety. Your navel point can go out of alignment very easily in these pressurized times. The good news is that it can be set very quickly too. Get in balance emotionally, physically, and mentally.
If your navel point is balanced then you can say one thing and it penetrates. When your 3rd chakra is set then your heart chakra is open. You can say something in frustration with an open heart and navel point balance allows for your kids to really listen to you.
Learn about the compulsions that lie underneath your busyness. It is a biochemical state and you can use the yogic technology in this class to balance yourself. It is then much harder for the rest of the system to go off-kilter.
There are really powerful ways of dealing with these highly pressurized times. It takes a balanced naval point to navigate through all the chaos and not have it affect you. Work very intelligently to balance the 3rd chakra.
