You HAVE to plan for things going wrong. Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. One can never be overprepared. Ideally, you should never be caught without a plan (and there are usually good precedents for plans if you do your research).
Planning for many potential changes in procedure. Taking responsibility for what you can. It feels great to be, as the Girl Scouts say, “always prepared,” and there’s a wonderful feeling of victory that accompanies knowing you at least tried to prevent major issues.
As yogis, we know that you prepare for parenthood for 3 lifetimes. Passing down practical skills of perseverance and grit to your kids. “There is a way through every block.”
