Teaching Fundamentals is for brand-new students, as well as advance practitioners. Beginner practitioners will learn core instructions on the basics, while advance practitioners will refresh and deepen their experience and learn how to excel in their teaching career.

The core curriculum focuses on the four wheels: Yoga, Breath, Mantra, and Meditation with an emphasis on accuracy and the energetic frequency of the class. Practitioners receive a well-rounded, multi-dimensional, experience on the basics and fundamental principles of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.

The Training includes:

• Over 42 hours of program content
• 16 class sessions
• 4 Q&A Sessions with Harijiwan
• 4 sadhana yoga practice sessions
