Being a Teacher is about knowing and understanding the key concepts and deepening your own understanding of those concepts to that they can be transmitted through the depth of your experience to those who come to learn from you. Over the 5-day course, you will receive a full experience of the fundamentals of teaching and practice and develop the energetic caliber to share your experience with others.

RA MA Institute’s core curriculum focuses on the four wheels: Yoga, Breath, Mantra, and Meditation. Becoming a Teacher will focus on each wheel with an experientially-based approach.

Kundalini Yoga is all about you and your experience of your own energy. We will show you how to experience it and teach others. You will be given direct instructions on how to enter into the vast wealth of your inner nature.

This training includes a series of deep meditations designed to open a space inside all participants. Willing practitioners will receive a well-rounded, multi-dimensional experience on the basic and fundamental principles. This is a rare opportunity to receive sublime teachings.
