There is a collective fear of power, which places it in the wrong hands. In this Kundalini Yoga class, we dive into the energetics of power—our relationship to power. What does power do to us? How do we hold and use it? How does power play a role in our psyche? What is the connection between fear and power (imposter syndrome)? It is a deep truth that you do not know what you are going to do if you attain great power. It’s very easy to get into adrenaline, ridicule, and righteousness. Powerful people are usually lonely.
At this time on the planet, there is a new relationship to power. It comes through our consciousness. We have to give the old paradigms a new face. Through meditation and kundalini, we can start to develop a new imprint around the word “power"". And what we do with it. Open up the doorway of what it would look like to really be able to have and create a balanced space with the use of power. What does it mean to you to be able to hold and contend with power? What do you see yourself doing with it? Contributing with it and managing it? Power is seductive, but do you know what to do with it? We have to start thinking about this.
