I am a born artist and am always moving my body. First as a dancer, at age 9, then as an aerialist and Creative Director of my circus school: Pendulum Aerial Arts.
I was first introduced to Kundalini Yoga in 2016 in Montreal Canada. Shortly thereafter I met Guru Jagat and spent the next several years absorbing all the trainings I could at RA MA Institute:
Immense Grace, Aquarian Business School, Teacher Training 2017 in Mallorca,
Level 2 Stress & Vitality ~ level 2 relationships,
Level 2 conscious communication!

In the process I fell in love with Mallorca and moved here in March of 2020.

I am in love and obsessed with mantra, chanting, moving and challenging our physical body with kriya.
I love teaching Kundalini Yoga it is an honor to share this technology with you.

A short description of your class?
Challenging. I keep up the spirit. I love mantra and sound in general So chanting a meditation and I love playing the gong for a well rounded class. Students should leave feeling energized and ready to have a beautiful day.

How long have you been teaching?
My teacher training was at RA MA Mallorca with Guru Jagat , Harijiwan and Gurujas.
It was life changing .
I have been a kundalini yoga teacher since 2017 .
I mainly taught at RA MA Venice, for 2.5 years.  I also taught kundalini Yoga workshops in Montreal, Canada and circus arts.

I have taken classes at all of RA MA’s studios, RA MA Mallorca is my home team since 2016, I love RA MA!

How do you build relationships with your students?
By being a humble person who is transmitting the teachings. By being available. Should they have  any questions I hope I could be of service and guidance.
