The Winter Solstice is one of the most important days of the year. As the window of energy opens in the days leading up to the solstice, you want to set yourself. The Winter Solstice energy is inward. It is a time for deep inward meditation. Long Mul Mantra & Mahan Jap are key meditations that will give you a harmonious forward momentum.
As a group of practitioners, we can accelerate much more easily than we can as an individual. When we practice these two meditations together, we are magnifying the effects, deepening the meditative space and amplifying the group aura, the group consciousness and creating an energetic field where we can all experience a quantum shift in our own being.
