About Paola Dattner

Paola was introduced to yoga while studying acting. What began as a purely physical practice led her to discover the many spiritual and mental benefits of a consistent yoga practice.

As an actress and a stand-up comedian, Paola found yoga to be the most beneficial compliment, both mentally and physically, to her art and sometimes stressful life. It was through pranayama, kriyas, and meditation that she tapped into the sense of inner calm and self-acceptance that Kundalini yoga brings. In her classes, through her creative and engaging teaching style, she encourages her students to do the same.

Paola is a 200-hour E-RYT yoga teacher in Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga.
