This practice combines a Kundalini liver-focused yoga set with a HAR meditation to clear inner heat and dispel stored anger from the system. As the body opens and the breath and mantra steady the mind, you’ll train neutrality - so reactivity softens and that internal pressure starts to dissolve. The aim is a brighter, lighter state: clear, uplifted, and deeply present, with a taste of ecstasy and spacious “non-existence” beyond the usual story of the self.
