Work deeply into the endocrine system to balance behavior, stop negative thinking, and heal the mental and physical body. Work with the biochemistry of being able to hold a more evolved state in your system.
There's a fundamental understanding and practice around balancing and resetting the glandular system that is basically a foundation for everything else you do. It will make better decisions around your food, better decisions around your relationships, better decisions around your creativity, and you have more energy to do everything else that you're here to do.
Balance that in this class. Experiment with this on the fourth day of the moon and see if you can feel something subtle about the day and how it balances. Be sure to really hydrate.
