Building Disease Resistance and Healing Through Sound with Sher Kirtan

In this session, we focused on a powerful kriya designed to boost disease resistance. The exercise set targeted essential systems like digestion and elimination, promoting optimal function to help ward off persistent colds and illness. By balancing metabolism and strengthening the body, this practice cultivates vitality and resilience, giving you a deep sense of heartiness and physical strength.

We concluded with a healing meditation featuring chanting, a transformative practice with profound benefits. Chanting not only calms the nervous system but also elevates mood, enhances mental clarity, and deepens the connection between mind, body, and spirit. The vibrational energy of the mantras stimulates the chakras, promotes healing, and fosters a sense of peace and unity. Together, this combination of kriya and meditation leaves you feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and fortified against illness.
