You will work on the lower spine for kidney and adrenal health, as well as twisting Kriyas to churn the organs while opening up the heart and lungs.

Healing the stomach - We will install a pattern into the stomach using certain pressure points and meridians in the elbow to allow assimilation and digestion in a dynamic and adaptogenic pace.
