Becoming Crystal Clear

Join Shabadpreet for a simple 8 part kundalini pranayam (breath).

Benefits of the 8 Stroke Breath:

Mentally curative & balancing
Balances the hemispheres of the brain
Grounding for the physical body
Helps develop & use the lung capacity
Diagnosing where in the inhale or exhale you could fill more

One of the biggest detoxification methods of the body, for the acidifying factors, is just taking a deep and powerful inhale and exhale. It's that release of the carbon dioxide, especially from the lower lobes of the lungs as we take that full breath in and out.
You can boost your immunity, support recovery, just by moving the Prana through the system in the right way. We do that in this Prana practice and then you take it a step further in the yoga Asana.

"Human has a brain. If the brain is put into a computer, which has 8.4 million facets speed per billionth of a second, it would take a computer one hundred and eight miles long, that much wide and that much high, to equal one human brain. You understand the magnitude of a human's power?
The magnitude of the human mind is that it has 81 independent facets which work faster than time and space. It has negative, positive and neutral sections, which are supported by 81 subsections. It is a totality of not only the earth, but of the entire inter-related universe. It keeps you steady in spite of the fact even when you are standing totally stationary you are actually moving 381 miles an hour, on average. You have the sun, the orbit, the global, and the galaxy. And you say you have no time? The only thing you have is time. Time measures the space. Just work fast. If you meditate, your brain will work faster. If you do not meditate, your subconscious will block your mind and make you dull." -Yogi Bhajan
