Having courage is not being without fear. But if we work to develop courage, we have the ability to face fear and to walk through the challenges of being human. In this class we practice a kriya to balance the life force energy of the body and a meditation with the mantra Har Har Gur Gur for courage and victory.

Practice a low-impact Kundalini kriya to balance the navel and stimulate the body’s natural heat. Then move into a simple chanting meditation to amplify your connection from finite to infinite consciousness.

This set reverses the damage caused by stress, anger and fatigue. It also prepares you to handle any incoming stressors or intense energetic changes. You'll feel calm, relaxed and free of anger.

It's also a great practice if you want to clear your aura from negative imprints.
