Throughout the class, you’ll practice alternate nostril breathing - a powerful technique to calm the mind, harmonize the nervous system, and bring the glandular system into a state of deep receptivity. This breathwork is especially supportive during times of heightened cosmic energy, such as an eclipse, helping you to relax, receive, and integrate new frequencies with ease.
