Immense Grace 2016-2017 Relationships Weekend

In this final module of the weekend, practice giving your partner praise for pushing beyond their boundaries for the day, Discover how to build sexual energy just through your energy body.  Learn to serve the other with devotion, play and depth.

In this third part of the afternoon session with Guru Jagat and John Wineland, practice in chairs defining your ultimate ways to celebrate love.  Discovery how to intuit your partner's true needs by feeling beyond details and into texture and pure experience.  Put these new awarenesses into embodiment and nervous system intelligence.

DINNER ASSIGNMENT:

Go on a dinner date using your new embodiment.  Practice using energy in a way that you have never done before.

In the second part of the day, practice powerful and fun feedback and embodiment exercises. Get into your body, understand the masculine and feminine energies and their interplay.  Become bigger and stronger in your projection and play of polarity!

In this first session with Guru Jagat and John Wineland, start out with a short pranayam and then discover some personal goals for the day.

Practice the morning Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Class with Guru Jagat.  The flow of love energy cannot happen in a tight, constricted, or restricted body. Train the mind and body for more expanded, generous and transformative relationship and love.

LUNCH ASSIGNMENT:
Men and women are asked to eat separately and answer the question:
What are you craving from your partner or the next person you date? In a way of energy, style of being, way of service...What do you truly and deeply desire from your partnership?
Then answer the question: What would you have to DO or GIVE to evoke that?

Practice the Magnificent Mantra with Harmanjot.

In this last portion of the day with Guru Jagat and John Wineland, go through some of the archetypes of feminine being and the importance of feminine energetic range.  Practice with a partner expand and amplify your feminine energetic being and abundant fullness.

Participate in the evening session with Guru Jagat and guest John Wineland.  Discover the feminine practice and and the process of "evoking."  Explore what your intentions are for the weekend in terms of what you would like to evoke from your partner or future partner. Prepare your emotional and energetic stamina for the day ahead.

In this afternoon session, engage in a brief continuation of dharma study on Love and Relationships.  Then, go into a deep embodiment practice.

In this afternoon session, following the pranayam practice, engage in a dharma study with Guru Jagat on the topic of relationship.  Topics include: Understanding reality, Self-hypnosis, Childhood wounds and how childhood is over, Hysteria contact, Lover and beloved, 25% physical attraction trick, Where relationships break down, Further stage love, Attentiveness, Male and female psyche tendencies.

In this beginning afternoon session, practice a short, energizing pranayam for Health, Energy and Radiance.

In this mid-morning session, Harmanjot covers all details and questions related to the IMMENSE GRACE BOOK, PUBLISHING DETAILS and DEADLINES.
