Ajai Alai comes from the Jaap Sahib bani. It is a galloping cadence with lots of forward motion. It activates the radiant body, which makes things effortless. Radiant body creates magnetic space - but you have to show up with an intention.
Ajai Alai stablizes the auric root and gives you invincibility. This is a warrior’s sound current from the warrior saint lineage. It gives you the 'Heart of the Saint and Grit of the Warrior.'

Get technical with sound technology. Jaapa is the repetition of a sound current, which creates Tapa, or psychic heat. This energy clears, reorganizes and changes you. The concept of “Simrin” is when you are reciting a mantra, it takes mental capacity to direct the sound current and use it as a radar across the subconscious and conscious. We can use the repetitions of the sound as a radar to orient towards something that needs to be cleared, worked on or given focus. Use the tip of the tongue on the upper palate - it’s a physical aspect and works the frontal lobe, hypothalamus and the pineal gland.
