Class Description
We work with the notions of calling in whatever I want, in my sovereign self-concept, with the steady dynamism of the naval/third-eye axis and that sex should be called "sense;" It's a subtle and sensory experience and a relay between everything - everything is relating and relaying and inter-coursing with everything.
In this class, we practice the Kriya for healing the stomach and the meditation for experiencing the original you. Both include challenging arm sets in coordination with dynamic pranayama.
