Class Description

Sweat & Sweet - AWLS Superboost with Lizz Rosie

We have to break into sweat at least once a day to build strength and cleanse our whole system. Practicing this short, powerful kriya will exactly do that, plus: it aids the digestion and pumps up the auric field. We can get a lot done in only a short amount of time using this technology; we're busy householders after all! After Sweat comes Sweet: relaxation and a sweet meditation for communication, invoking our ability to deeply listen.
