Meditation for Prosperity and Creativity

Practice a Kundalini Yoga kriya to strengthen the navel and bolster the nervous system to prepare the body. Then move into a simple but powerful chanting meditation which grants prosperity, creativity, and protection.

Looking UP: Sagittarius Full Moon – Full moons and the two-week cycles that follow them are periods that naturally support release. This can be emotional, mental, material, and/or spiritual; any kind of energetic removal that may be necessary.

With this full moon in the sign of Sagittarius, we look to let go of the things that keep us from expanding; bad habits, toxicity in the body and mind, stagnant and outdated beliefs. The goal is to make space to grow into our greater experience in the cycles to come.
