Class Description

Problems don't come because you want to be miserable. Problems come when you lack the courage to face them. Every cause has an effect — that is the law. It cannot change. And in that cause-and-effect game, sometimes your fuse goes out. In plain terms: you lack commitment at the moment of crisis. Not religious commitment, not physical commitment — the commitment to penetrate with the psyche and break through.

There are seven steps to happiness. Commitment builds character. Character creates dignity. Dignity makes you radiant. Radiance brings prosperity. Prosperity opens into divinity — and divinity is simply the absence of duality. No more maybe. No more this or that. From divinity comes grace. And grace brings happiness, opportunity, and understanding.

Love has been abused more than any word on the planet. Real love is an experience of oneself within oneself. If someone let you down, they never understood what love is. Love does not let you down.

Grace gives you the power to sacrifice. The power to give. As Guru Nanak said — God gives and gives and gives for centuries and into infinity. We who receive get tired of taking. God never tires of giving. Everything is in order, and that order is absolute.

Ang Sang Wahe Guru — God is with every limb of yours. That single line is enough. The subconscious needs a bath just as much as the body. That is what this meditation is for.
