Class Description

In yogic science, the skin is known as the “third lung”—a vital organ of pranic exchange and elimination. When the pores open and breath flows deeply, prana circulates freely through the nadis, revitalizing the organs, glands, and brain.

This class works on the pranic body and lymphatic system through dynamic movement, conscious breath, and rhythmic flow. You’ll practice a kriya to oxygenate the blood and increase cellular vitality, followed by a healing gong relaxation to harmonize the parasympathetic nervous system. We’ll complete with a pranayam that recalibrates brain function and clears mental stagnation.
