The kundalini informs a longing to put our energetic imprint somewhere thats going to yield a strengthening or resolve.

In order for what I do to be more than simply a cathartic release, I need to be aware of myself through the breath and mantra.

The deepening of awareness is what gives me energy to continue growing and creating.
