This class focuses on using breathwork to activate and balance the sensory system. Through specific breathing techniques, you’ll stimulate the nerves, heighten awareness, and support clearer perception. The practice is designed to leave you feeling more alert, present, and connected to your senses, with less overwhelm and more ease in processing your environment.

Frequency of sound can raise consciousness. In Tibetan Buddhism when given the treasure of sound in an empowerment, your job is to do something with it. Listening to your sound together with the master’s sound is called “the Thunderbolt of Shiva”, which could restructure the vibrational frequency of your neurology. There is alchemy inside the sound current of a Master.  The “naag” sound frequency can get to the places where more dense things can’t go.  We can take the sound and direct it into the cavern of our psyche where we store negative ideas about ourselves to upgrade the vibrational frequency so that the negativity cannot exist.
